Maternal and Child Health Record Book - Ministry of Health (also known as Mother and Baby Book) is an application for monitoring and taking care of maternal and child health exclusively for users in Vietnam by the Department of Health. Maternal and Child Health - Ministry of Health presided over the release. The application has the following main functions: (1) Monitoring the mothers health from the pregnancy declaration until the baby is 6 years old.(2) Note the health risks for each stage.(3) Provide growth chart (height, weight for children).(4) Administrative information management, a place to remember important health information of Mother and Baby(5) Preserving moments of Baby and family.
